My friend and I just visited this famous ice cream house along tahlia street, and I was just impressed by their interiors. With those friendly Filipino Kabayans and a perfect ice cream, even if it’s winter (yes, we call cold season “winter”), it’s still a cool thing to do after a chaotic day in the office.
